当日は、健康状態問診フォームへの回答をした上で、必ず富士スピードウェイでのプレス申告（東ゲート事務局にて）の後、イベント会場本部ブースで必ずメディア受け付けをしてください。健康状態問診フォームと体温チェック後、指定のリストバンドや名札を装着いただくことになります。
尚、コロナ流行拡大により、無観客によるユーザー撮影会となった場合などは、オプション編集部関連以外のメディア様の撮影はお断りさせていただく場合があります。その場合は公式ＷＥＢサイトなどに告知いたします。
If you would like to cover “OPTJAM@FUJI”, please fill out the following form and send it to us via email. The editorial department of OPTION will contact you to confirm or deny your request. On the day of the event, after answering the health condition questionnaire form, please make sure to go to “Fuji Speedway” for press declaration (at the East Gate Office) and then to the event site headquarters booth for media reception. After filling out the health questionnaire and checking your body temperature, please wear the designated wristband or name tag.
Please note that due to the spread of COVID19 infections, we may not allow media other than those related to our magazine to take photos in the event that the event becomes a photo session for users without spectators. In this case, we will post a notice on the official website.
